At W3Xperts, we provide all costs and estimates for your project before you hire us. We also make available our portfolio and references with which you can speak directly to assess the quality of our work. Indicates that you accept and agree to all terms and conditions.
W3Xperts does not guarantee refunds for service cancellations. We also do not refund transaction fees, amounts paid to third parties, or services already used, or any other fees.
Our refund policy does not apply to businesses not owned or controlled by W3Xperts or individuals not employed or controlled by W3Xperts. This includes contracted third-party suppliers of services and/or products to which the W3Xpert website links, and his third-party websites.

- The project will not start from our side within 24 hours after receipt of payment. full refund
- 48 hours after payment – partial refund of 50% of the project amount
- 72 hours after payment – no refund

For the above mentioned services the eligibility and refund policy is as below-
- Within 24 hrs of making the payment subject to project is not initiated at our end. Full Refund
- After 48 hrs of making the payment – Partial Refund of 50% of the project amount
- After 72 hrs of making the payment- No Refund
Miscellaneous
Delayed Work – If there is a delay in work on our part, a partial refund of 50% of the project amount will be refunded. However, we do not guarantee refunds as we measure your response rate and the work required.
Refusal of work – no refund. If you didn’t like the design, layout, or other work, we’re ready to fix it. Designs are highly subjective and opinions may differ from person to person, so refunds are not possible.
No refunds will be issued if W3Xperts is forced by our Terms of Service or abuse of our Terms of Service. Suspend or terminate the Service prematurely.
